Level 0 - Croft Manor

Level 1 - Mountain Caves

To avoid multiple playthroughs, we need to collect all artifacts and relics. Mountain Caves has 3 artifacts and 1 relic. It is also recommended to take care of Packrat as it is technically missable. Level 2 - City of Vilcabamba

City of Vilcabamba has 1 artifact but no relics. It is also recommended to keep working on Packrat as it is technically missable. To do so, collect all 5 medipacks and don't use them. Level 3 - The Lost Valley

The Lost Valley has 2 artifacts and 1 relic. It is also recommended to keep working on Packrat as it is technically missable. To do so, collect all 14 medipacks and don't use them. Level 4 - Tomb of Qualopec

Tomb of Qualopec has 2 artifacts but no relics. It is also recommended to keep working on Packrat as it is technically missable. To do so, collect both medipacks and don't use them. Level 5 - St. Francis Folly

St. Francis Folly has 6 artifacts but no relics. It is also recommended to keep working on Packrat as it is technically missable. To do so, collect all 10 medipacks and don't use them. Level 6 - The Coliseum

The Coliseum has 1 artifact but no relics. It is also recommended to keep working on Packrat as it is technically missable. To do so, collect all 5 medipacks and don't use them. Complete Greece - The Coliseum.

Level 7 - Midas's Palace

Midas's Palace has 1 artifact and 2 relics. It is also recommended to keep working on Packrat as it is technically missable. To do so, collect all 5 medipacks and don't use them. Golden Legend
Become a statue.
After taking care of three gorillas at the start of the level, climb on the hand to the right side of the statue.
Packrat
Hold 15 Large Medipacks and 30 Small Medipacks.
If you collect all medipacks and don't use any of them, this trophy should unlock in Midas's Palace. However, if you need one to survive you can still unlock it later. It is technically missable, so make sure to have 15 large and 30 small medipacks in your inventory at some point. There are plenty of them in later levels as well. The list below shows the amount of medipacks we can collect in every level:

Level 9 - Temple of Khamoon

Level 10 - Obelisk of Khamoon

Obelisk of Khamoon has 4 artifacts but no relics. It is also recommended to keep working on Packrat if you haven't got it yet. To do so, collect all 13 medipacks and don't use them. Level 11 - Sanctuary of the Scion

Level 12 - Natla's Mines

Complete Lost Island - Natla's Mines.

Level 13 - The Great Pyramid

The Great Pyramid has 1 artifact but no relics. It is also recommended to keep working on Packrat if you haven't got it yet. To do so, collect all 8 medipacks and don't use them. Treasured Relics
Collect all Relics.
There are 8 relics scattered throughout the game, 2 in Peru (Mountain Caves & The Lost Valley), 2 in Greece (Midas's Palace), 2 in Egypt (Temple of Khamoon & Sanctuary of the Scion) and 2 in Lost Island (Natla's Mines & The Great Pyramid).
The Great Ascent
Complete Lost Island - The Great Pyramid.
Story-related. Unlocks naturally at the end of the level.

Level 14 - Final Conflict

Final Conflict has 4 artifacts and 1 relic. It is also recommended to keep working on Packrat if you haven't got it yet. To do so, collect all 9 medipacks and don't use them. Goodnight Queen

Cleanup

Finishing the story and collecting all artifacts and relics unlocks a lot of different rewards. Viewing/using them unlocks most of the remaining trophies.

Anniversary Files
Read 9 Character Bios and view 20 Art Galleries.
After you finished the story and collected all artifacts and relics, head over to the Rewards section in the main menu and quickly view all Character Bios and Art Galleries to unlock the trophy. It's not necessary to look at every image of the galleries.
Gift of Gab
Listen to 10 Commentaries.
Head over to Options and enbale Developer Comments. Doing so adds blueish crystals to all levels. Interacting with them starts a developer comment. They are scattered throughout the entire game, once you completed the story for the first time. If you're looking for 10 quick ones, here are my recommended ones:
  • St. Francis Folly - 2 in the first room
  • The Coliseum - 2 in the arena after fighting off both gorillas
  • Tomb of Tihocan - 2 in the upper section of the cistern
  • Croft Manor - 1 in the music room, 1 in the garden and 2 in the lobby
You don't have to listen to the entire commentary. To unlock the trophy it's sufficient to interact with the crystals.
Developer Style
Play the Style Units level.
The Style Units level is listed in the Special section of the Rewards. It unlocks after the story has concluded. The trophy unlocks right at the start of the level which means we don't need to finish it if we don't want to.
10 Shades of Lara
Wear 10 Outfits.
In the PS3 version it was possible to use the wardrobe in Croft Manor to change outfits quickly. However in the PS5 port it doesn't seem to work. If that applies to your game as well, replay levels with alternating outfits and quit out right after the level started. Do this for every outfit to unlock the trophy.
That Classic Edge
Complete a level wearing the Classic Outfit.
Combine this with Speed Raider. This way you only have to finish one level.
Speed Raider
Complete a Time Trial.
The shortest Time Trial is Mountain Caves. To complete it, we must finish the level in less than 6 minutes. If you played the PS3 version, you know the drill. Press to climb faster and move forward by jumping & rolling in mid-air instead of just running. Avoid the bear, there is nothing important down there.
