Trophy Guide & Roadmap

Step 1 - Adventure

Catch my Drift
Drift to fill your boost.
To initiate a drift, hold . Drifting isn't really worth it in this game, but use it to fill your boost completely at least once, to unlock this trophy.
Side Slide
Slide against the side of another vehicle to earn boost.
Side Slides are the best way to gain boost especially on the 18 drive routes we have to complete. You basically run into the side of another vehicle and grind your side against it. This method is far more efficient than drifting.
Burning Rubber
Complete any drive between Adventure Mode missions in less than 1 minute.
This is possible in the Delivery Truck already if you side slide enough. But for 300.000 coins we can get Whiplash the fastest car in the game which makes this trophy a lot easier.
Airtime
Perform a jump.
Many tracks have small ramps. Use one of them to get yourself airborne and pop the trophy.
Matchbox™ Master
Complete 3 Adventure Mode missions with a Perfect Score.
If this game has any difficult trophies, it's this one. To achieve a perfect score we have to finish missions fast enough. If you struggle with this, you can replay already completed missions with a car of your choice. That means you can use Whiplash instead of the slower vehicles and increase your chances significantly. You probably won't need it, because you only need to get 3 perfect scores in 30 missions.
New Ride
Unlock a new vehicle in Adventure Mode.
Pops after purchasing our first car and I recommend Whiplash as the first purchase.
Paint Job
Unlock a new vehicle color and paint the vehicle with it.
When you buy a new car and have 10.000 coins to spare, buy the cheapest paint job and get that trophy out of the way.
Golden Gearhead
Complete 5 missions with at least a Gold Medal ranking.
The same rule applies here as with the three perfect scores. It shouldn't be a problem for you, but if it is, grab Whiplash and use it to get them.
Boost Performance
Use boost to overtake at least 2 cars.
The easiest way to do it, is by staying at the end of the field, drifting until the boost meter is filled and then find two cars close together so you can pass both of them while using all of your boost.
Silver Speedster
Complete 10 missions with at least a Silver Medal ranking.
Similar to Golden Gearhead. But even easier. I think you'll earn it after mission 10.
Driving Dynamo
Complete all the drive routes between missions in Adventure Mode.
There are 18 driving routes we need to complete. The time doesn't matter for the trophy, but you should try to finish each of them in less than a minute because you'll get a lot more money that way. The checklist below shows all routes. Finishing any of them once is enough, you don't have to finish them again. So if you see City Center -> Octopus Beach for example, you don't have to finish the route from Octopus Beach -> City Center.

Mission Accomplished
Complete all missions in Adventure Mode.
We have to complete all 30 missions. None of them is particularly difficult, but here's a list in case you need one:

Car Collector
Unlock all the vehicles in Adventure Mode.
We need a total of 2.220.000 Coins to buy all vehicles. Perfect scores and gold medals give the most money for missions and finishing drive routes in less than a minute gives us the biggest prizes there. You're very likely to earn enough money without having to replay anything. But if you have to replay missions, you should know that you only earn additional money if your result is better than the one you had before. So if you already have a gold medal, you have to achieve a perfect score to earn anything.

Step 2 - Championship

We Have a Winner!
Come in 1st place in a Competition in Competition Mode.
Please refer to Champion!.
Champion!
Earn 1st place in a Competition Championship.
After completing the Adventure and unlocking all cars, we just need to win a 4-race tournament in Championship mode. It's in the main menu right next to Adventure mode. You can set the difficulty to Easy and just blast through the 4 races. It takes roughly 12-15 minutes and then you're done, unless you win the championship without winning a single race. But that's almost impossible. Winning one of the races will unlock We Have a Winner!

Collect All Trophies.
