Chapters 1-3 - Children's Room - Gnome Forest

Very important, make backup saves. Never use Reload Checkpoint. And to be safe, never back outr to the main menu. Instead close the application and upload the save.

Before leaving the children's room, make sure to flip through the story book, it's the first of 7 we need for Bookworm.

Goal!
Kick an apple into the goal
After sliding down to a bench and an apple tree, you'll see a little goal, made of sticks to your right. We need to push an apple through this little structure. There are no special controls to do this, just run against the apple to "kick" it.
Lillemor Figurine
Find the Lillemor wooden figurine
The figurine is located on a table in the little treehouse right after Goal!.
Bouncy
Jump on a mushroom 5 times
We meet Lillemoor as part of the story and play through an aiming and shooting tutorial. After the cutscene we slide down, deeper into the forest. We gain control over Olle again near some mushrooms. Just jump from mushroom to mushroom until the trophy opos.
Gnome Figurine
Find the gnome wooden figurine
The figurine can be found on a bench where an older gnome is sitting. Right in the middle of the little village where the gnome kids hide from us.

Chapters 4-5 - Troll Forest - Näckens Pond

After the first stage of the Näcken boss fight, flip through the second story book near the skeleton for Bookworm.

Butcher
Defeat the butcher
This is our first boss fight. He only got two moves, one with his knife where we just need keep moving and one with his fist where have to jump, right before he hits the table. At some point blood will drop on the table and need to hit him with it three times.
Savior
Complete the path of traps without any gnome casualties
Shortly after Butcher we free 8 gnomes and have to lead them back to their village without losing one of them. The main issue is that some gnomes tend to be stupid and careless, so make a backup save and then move patiently as far away from the traps as possible.
Evicted
Kick the pinecone folk out of the cave
We'll eventually slide down into a cave and fall onto the pinecone king. After the cutscene we have to kick one of the cones out of the cave. Similar to Goal!.
Bait
Sacrifice the gnome
Near the end of Troll Forest we have to make our way through animal guts and some blood. On one of the safe platforms there is a box/cage with a gnome in it. Push it off the ledge.

Find the troll wooden figurine
Just after Bait we can find this figurine on the platform right below the squirrel. Before we climb out the plant to progress the story.

Find the Näcken wooden figurine
At the start of Näcken's Pond we ride a hedgehog. Jump off on the first small island and walk around it to pick up the figurine.
Lemus Figurine
Find the Lemus figurine
We have to carry a little gnome back to its father. With the little gnome on still on your back, turn left when you exit the water to collect this figurine.

Survive against Näcken
The second boss fight. It's not really a fight. We just have to escape and dodge her attacks.

Chapters 6-7 - Tuva - The Swamp

The third story book for Bookworm can be found in the room right after Witchcraft and is unmissable, because we have to flip through it to progress the story.

Find the Tuva wooden figurine
Shortly after the cutscene with Tuva we have to flash our light to get past some bramble. Before doing so, take the left path to find this figurine.
Kärrhäxan Figurine
Find the Kärrhäxan wooden figurine
In the swamp we have to jump across a little boat and right after that the path splits. The path up the stairs continues the story and the other one leads to this figurine.
Witchcraft
Brew a potion. Bring out the scales!
Using the stairs after collecting the Kärrhäxan Figurine will lead us into a room where we have to brew two potions to continue. So we get this troophy naturally as soon as the door opens. This room also contains a little duck that we need to collect to unlock Proper burial later.

Defeat the swamp maiden
The fight against the swamp maiden is just a matter of scanning the water. You'll notice waves during all three stages. The first thing is always a cradle that comes to the surface. The second set of waves will be where the swamp maiden attacks and tries to eat us. Shoot her with Olle's light three times and she'll be done.

Find the toy duck and place it on the grave
After picking up the little duck in the potion room, you'll unlock this trophy automatically at the end of the chapter.

Chapters 8-10 - Library - The Plague Village

The fourth story book for Bookworm is part of the story and awaits us in the middle of the library. Story book number 5 can be found after the first stealth section in the house with the barrels on the opposite side and some zombies lying around. The sixth story book lies on a shelf in the house after jumping across some roofs to get through the docks.

Make it through Skogsrå's grove
The boss fight consists of 3 phases and we can create a backup save after every phase. In the first she shoots a red projectile, a shockwave or spikes. For the shockwave and the projectile we can just hide behind trees. The spikes can be avoided be staying away from the trees for a moment. Shoot the bodies off the trees whenever there is an opening.

The second phase is pretty similar to the first. She now has an additional attack with exploding flowers, which keeps us on the move and the bodies we need to shoot are now placed higher.

The third and final stage removes the trees so we can't cover anymore. That requires well-timed jumps to dodge shochwaves. Apart from them she only has a new lightbeam atack we can move around and her exploding flowers we already know from stage 2. After every stage we have to move towards her to trigger a QTE.
Murderer
Stab Skogsrå 100 times
This trophy doesn't quite fit the rest of the set. After the boss fight against her we can repeatedly press or fail the QTE and let her die. To get this trophy, keep pressing in time 100 times before you fail it on purpose to advance the stroy.

Find the Skogsrå wooden figurine
In the first house where we have to remove a dead hand from a crank, the figurine can be found in the upper left corner in the cupboard.
Pesta Figurine
Find the Pesta wooden figurine
After surviving the chasing zombies and passing the collapsing bridge, we have to move up a tower. Before climbing the long ladder, the figurine sits on a plank to the right.

Chapters 11-14 - Pesta's Nightmare - Epilogue

Escape Pesta
Yet another boss fight with 3 stages that allows us to make a backup save after every single one of them. In stage 1 we have to face small rats we have to dodge, find Pesta's face that kind of resembles Davy Jones and dodge a rake. Each time you survive an attack you get the opportunity to shoot Pesta's eyes. We have to hit her 4 times per stage. The second stage has bigger rats, more faces, a flipped rake and sometimes her mouth appears right under us that requires us to jump up immediately and the third stage has even bigger rats, the rake attacks change their direction and we have to find the correct face among a high amount of them.

Story-related. Unlocks naturally at the end of chapter 12.

For this trophy we need to find and flip through all 7 story books.
  1. Chapter 1 - Children's room - In the lower right corner
  2. Chapter 5 - Näckens Pond - After escaping Näcken for the first time, the book lies next to a skeleton.
  3. Chapter 7 - The Swamp - In the room after Witchcraft. Unmissable.
  4. Chapter 8 - The Library - Right in the middle of it.
  5. Chapter 10 - Plague Village - After the first stealth section in a house opposite of some barrels.
  6. Chapter 10 - Plague Village - Before the zombie chase and shortly after climbing over small wooden sheds. It's on a shelf in a house on the right side.
  7. Chapter 13 - Halls of the Mountain King - In the middle of the library.

This figurine sits on the table in the middle area of the library when we return there.
King Nils Figurine

Right after leaving the library, this figurine can be found in the shelf we just came through.

The Mountain King
Dethrone the Mountain King
The final boss fight of the game has only two stages. In the first stage Nils tries to eat us like a normal person with a knife and a fork. Dodge these easy attacks and after each one try to shoot one of the flowers coming out of his back. The second stage starts after he gets mad about his lunch fighting back, so he starts to use a sword and a scepter as well as a purple shockwave. We can run from the scepter and then keep moving to dodge the falling rocks. To avoid the sword we can simply jump up, but be careful, after the first purple shockwave, when the music starts to play faster, he swings back so we have to jump up a second time. To dodge his shockwave we must hide behind some of the fallen rocks. The general task stays the same, shoot his flower, whenever he leaves an opening.

Survivor
Complete a playthrough without dying
The only difficult trophy of the game. Especially when you try to do it the legitimate way. But thanks to the possibility of uploading saves to the cloud and deactivating auto-upload, we can get this pretty easily. Just never use Restart Checkpoint or quit out to the main menu and always download your backup save after you died.
